What happens next?

We create an easy-to-understand document for you that clearly explains the Solar PV and/or Battery storage system that we suggest for your property.

This will detail the costs involved, the projected savings you will make (plus some profit by selling excess power back to the grid) and the approximate time it will take to pay off the cost of the system.

Then we come back to you at a time convenient to you, talk you through the proposal, answer any further questions you might have and leave you with a quote for your installation.

When you decide to accept the quotation, we ask you for the following payments:

25% Deposit, 35% Payment one week before installation, 40% Payment on completion

Installation of your Solar Panels and Batteries at your home.

Once we receive your deposit, we schedule your installation and let you know the dates that this will happen.  Usually, this is within 4-6 weeks.

A day or two before, the scaffolding will go up in preparation.  Installation usually only takes a couple of days on a standard house and our installers are renowned for being clean and tidy and leaving everything in pristine condition (check our reviews!)

After care, service and advice

Once the installation is complete, you will receive another visit from our team.  They will give you a comprehensive handover pack, with details of your warranty plus information on things like how to sell your excess energy back to the grid (This is known as the Smart Export Guarantee, or S.E.G) plus information on our warranties and referral scheme.

Once again, we’re on hand to answer any questions or concerns you may have at this time.

We pride ourselves on our after-care service and always want you to feel that we are there for you if you ever need us.

I am absolutely delighted with my solar panels. Immediately, I could see the energy cost savings, and it’s satisfying to know that I am no longer completely dependent on non-renewable energy sources.

On behalf of my family, I wanted to thank everyone for the excellent service and superb installation. It was a fantastic experience every step of the way, from start to finish.

Even during the challenging winter month of February, I noticed significant savings on my energy bills.

The payback period for your system depends on the specific installation and current electricity rates. While this duration varies, certain systems may achieve full payback in as little as five years.

Unfortunately, we aren’t able to offer any finance arrangements at the moment.

Rest assured, our solar panels come with a solid 15-year guarantee, and many surpass this lifespan, offering a lasting and reliable source of clean energy for your peace of mind.

Our experts will guide you through our dedicated Alpha ESS app, demonstrating step-by-step how to monitor your energy, check your battery, and track your savings. In your handover pack, we’ll include a guide for reference after our final visit. Plus, for that extra bit of help, we’re just a phone call away, ready to assist you.

No, solar panels do not require direct sunlight to produce energy. While they are most efficient in direct sunlight, they can still generate power on cloudy days, albeit at a reduced capacity.

The simple answer to this is generally a good rainfall will usually sort this out due to each panel Immersa install, having a self-cleaning coating, however, we do recommend getting a window cleaner to properly remove any dirt and residue twice a year.

Yes, but Solar panels will most likely be classified as ‘fixtures’ and in normal circumstances would be included in the house sale. Research has revealed that solar panels are favoured by house buyers as an attractive add-on when house hunting. A property with solar panels is deemed to be more desirable compared to a similar property without a solar PV system.
