Harnessing Renewable Energy
We are delighted to bring news of our most recent group success recognition. Immersa / AlphaESS UK has been selected as a finalist in the Growth Award Category at the C2S Business Awards 2023.
From nearly 200 entries across all categories, the awards this year would undoubtedly have been a difficult task for the judges to narrow down each category to five finalists – so we are absolutely delighted to reach this stage along with some other prestigious finalists.
We congratulate everyone nominated.
Immersa presented the judges with information on our approach and success in the last 12 months of trading operations. As the UK strives towards net-zero aspirations, we are bringing energy education, renewable energy products, and planning and implementation of systems to a wide range of customers. As a group, Immersa and AlphaESS UK deliver sustainable, clean energy products and management of on-site renewable energy generation and energy battery storage solutions for residential and small to medium commercial customers.
Within our category submission, we informed how the Immersa leadership team manages our growth strategy, along with all our team members, and collectively, have been instrumental in developing our group strategy and turnover from around £1.5 Million in FY20-21 to £25 Million in FY22-23.
Commenting on the award nomination, Rob Miles, Immersa’s Chief Executive Officer, commented, “I would like to thank C2S South West Business Awards and the judges for recognising Immersa. It’s a great honour and privilege to be included, and we look forward to the event ceremony on the 21st of June, taking place at The Manor House Entrance – Manor by the Lake, in Hatherley – Cheltenham.”
Rob continued, “Everyone at Immersa is passionate about the sustainable renewable energy solutions we bring to residential and commercial customers. We understand the strain energy costs place on home environments and the survival of the UK’s varied sectors and companies. Although we have the solutions for these people, we also need the right people within our organisation, across planning, design and deployment of the technologies and systems for each to take advantage of renewable energy products and battery energy storage systems.
I applaud the teams at Immersa and AlphaESS UK, as this shortlisting recognition demonstrates our value as a collective.”
The growth award considers many elements of a business and reasons for company shortlisting for the category, which includes revenue and profit, growth development of people and sustainability as an organisation.
Andy Blount, Immersa Managing Director, added, “Very positive and exciting news to be included in the shortlist for this award. As we know and have experienced, volume growth comes with challenges; however, everyone at Immersa has risen to these. Our solutions, working model and operations have the proper infrastructure for further, continued growth. We have ambitious but realistic targets over the next five years, but I’m encouraged by the strategies and teams we have in place for our business development.
Andy continued, “Renewable energy provides effective and sustainable solutions, many of which will shape the success of important sectors within the UK, including healthcare and manufacturing, leisure and education. Although we’ve experienced significant growth levels, we are pleased to report we’re structured to manage this growth.”
