Immersa and AlphaESS Group are thrilled to announce our nomination for the Growth Award at the prestigious SoGlos Gloucestershire Business Awards. This recognition is a testament to the exceptional growth and success achieved by the company in recent years.

As a leader in renewable energy solutions, Immersa has revolutionised how residential and commercial sectors embrace sustainable technologies, such as Solar P.V. and Battery Energy Storage Systems. With a strong focus on meeting the growing demand for renewable energy, Immersa has witnessed tremendous expansion and has seen our turnover increase from £1.5 million in FY20-21 to an impressive £25 million in FY22-23.

He stated, “We are honoured and delighted to be shortlisted for the Growth Award at the SoGlos Gloucestershire Business Awards. This recognition from such a prestigious platform underscores our entire team’s dedication and hard work. We are proud to lead the shift to renewable energy, catering to the increasing desire and appetite for sustainable solutions in both the commercial and residential sectors.”

Rob Miles, CEO of Immersa, emphasised the company’s dedication to sustainability and the importance of having the right people within the organisation to support their mission. “At Immersa, we are passionate about delivering sustainable renewable energy solutions to the U.K. sectors we support and individual households. We understand the impact of rising energy costs on homes, commercial industries and communities throughout the U.K. Our solutions address these challenges and deliver a sustainable and cost-effective energy future. Still, assessing feasibility, structuring system design, and delivering the appropriate system technology, our team truly makes a difference.”

Rob further highlighted the significance of employee learning and development, stating, “Our continuous focus on employee learning, development, and training has been a key factor in our ongoing success. It ensures we have a skilled workforce capable of managing our remarkable growth. As we move into the next phase of our planned growth, we remain committed to maintaining a structured approach to employee development.
